Created in 1935, the Valstarino is inspired by the A1 flight jacket that was worn by American fighter pilots between the years 1927 to 1931. This season we’ve modernised our signature piece using a special wool and silk blend seersucker fabric. Seersucker is the ultimate hot weather fabric, as it's designed to improve air flow across the body due to the puckered texture. Meanwhile, the brown and navy Prince of Wales check design gives it a touch of old-school charm. Just like the originals back in the day, our Valstarino has a five real horn button front, with the addition of two smaller buttons on the ribbed neck and hem. As always, it's 100% Made in Italy.

Packaging
Minimizing our environmental impact is a top priority at Valstar, we are constantly working to try and improve the sustainability of our products and packaging.
All of our boxes and bags are totally recyclable and made of 100% recycled materials. All the cards and envelopes that we use are from sustainable, FSC-certified papers. The garment covers are 100% natural cotton. Our boxes travel by folding flat to ease transportation which significantly reduces their carbon footprint.
