Developed in 1935 in response to the A-1 Flight Jacket, which was a style of blouson worn by USAAC (United States Army Air Corps) pilots between the years of 1927 and 1931, our beloved Valstarino jacket is renowned for being an icon of design that faithfully upholds the Made in Italy tradition of craftsmanship. Our most luxurious take on the style sees it being made from deerskin leather, which has a subtle grain and soft handle that moulds itself to your body, with a cashmere lining from Loro Piana to keep you extremely warm. By updating the style through elevated materials, considered design and true craftsmanship, our most elevated homage to the A-1 jacket becomes much more rarefied and stylish, and due to the versatile and timeless silhouette, it can be worn in many ways and will last a lifetime if properly cared for.

Packaging
Minimizing our environmental impact is a top priority at Valstar, we are constantly working to try and improve the sustainability of our products and packaging.
All of our boxes and bags are totally recyclable and made of 100% recycled materials. All the cards and envelopes that we use are from sustainable, FSC-certified papers. The garment covers are 100% natural cotton. Our boxes travel by folding flat to ease transportation which significantly reduces their carbon footprint.
