Our Flight Jacket is a classic piece of aviation outerwear that's been elevated into the realm of understated luxury. Made from a soft black nappa leather, it's lightly padded for warmth and comes with a shearling collar and our house check lining.
Editor's Note
We’ve always been inspired by iconic pieces of aviation outerwear, and this season we’ve created this jacket that borrows design elements from the A-2 (which was the successor to the A-1 which is our Valstarino jacket’s muse) and the B-10 jackets using a sublime nappa leather. With a buttery smooth handle, it has a light sheen that’s redolent of the original styles worn by USAAC (United States Army Air Corps) pilots. On the inside there's recycled synthetic padded lining in our house check to keep you warm, which is then bolstered by the shearling collar. With two patch pockets on the outside with a single button fastening, it’s finished with a two-way RiRi zipper. It’s a masculine jacket with all the rugged qualities that it should have, but thanks to the use of refined materials, it’s considerably more elevated.

Packaging
Minimizing our environmental impact is a top priority at Valstar, we are constantly working to try and improve the sustainability of our products and packaging.
All of our boxes and bags are totally recyclable and made of 100% recycled materials. All the cards and envelopes that we use are from sustainable, FSC-certified papers. The garment covers are 100% natural cotton. Our boxes travel by folding flat to ease transportation which significantly reduces their carbon footprint.
