Technical Wool Parka Jacket

The Parka raincoat is one of the most iconic pieces of outerwear ever created. Versions have existed for hundreds of years, but within the last century they became a popular choice for military and exploration purposes. Designed to offer maximum protection in the extreme weather, our Parka this season has been entirely Made in Italy and is inspired by a mountain and fishtail parka we have in our archive of outerwear. The fabric is particularly special, as it’s a bonded wool flannel woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico, which is an esteemed mill that’s currently helmed by the six-generation of the founding family. It has a soft handle and is impressively resistant to water and wind. With the addition of an eco-friendly quilted lining, this parka is extremely warm. In terms of the details, it has two large pockets on the front, a real horn button fastening with a two-way zip, large drawstring hood that conceals much of your face and adjustable cuffs.

Minimizing our environmental impact is a top priority at Valstar, we are constantly working to try and improve the sustainability of our products and packaging. All of our boxes and bags are totally recyclable and made of 100% recycled materials. All the cards and envelopes that we use are from sustainable, FSC-certified papers. The garment covers are 100% natural cotton. Our boxes travel by folding flat to ease transportation which significantly reduces their carbon footprint.
