The is a go-anywhere blouson inspired by a lightweight US Air Force pilot jacket in our archive. It’s made using a stretch wool fabric with elasticated cuffs and hem for comfort.

Aviation apparel has always been a go-to resource for garment design and the jacket is the newest creation from us at Valstar. It’s inspired by what’s known as a WEP jacket, which was a lightweight blouson worn by fighter pilots in the post-war period. With a cropped body, they were traditionally made from nylon, yet our iteration is made from a soft wool with a touch of stretch. This change elevates the jacket into a contemporary space with a luxurious feel. Simple and easy to wear, the two-way zipper offers different ways to style the jacket and the large pockets will come in handy. As always it’s 100% Made in Italy.

Packaging
Minimizing our environmental impact is a top priority at Valstar, we are constantly working to try and improve the sustainability of our products and packaging.
All of our boxes and bags are totally recyclable and made of 100% recycled materials. All the cards and envelopes that we use are from sustainable, FSC-certified papers. The garment covers are 100% natural cotton. Our boxes travel by folding flat to ease transportation which significantly reduces their carbon footprint.
